Frequently asked
Straight answers about how cliptide actually behaves. Can’t find it here? support@cliptide.live.
A typical video finishes in about two minutes. Longer sources, busy queue traffic, or heavy editing (virality scoring, trend radar, split-screen) can push that out.
Videos between one and four minutes give the cleanest results — the AI has enough context without padding. Anything up to sixty minutes is supported; longer runtimes just take longer to process.
Captions aren't hand-editable yet. You can regenerate the clip with a different caption style, font size, or active-word color, and the timestamps re-run from scratch.
Five clips per month at 720p, word-level captions, mood-matched music, and face-tracked vertical crop. No card required.
Source videos are auto-deleted as soon as processing finishes. Rendered clips stay in your library for thirty days, then fall off — download anything you want to keep.
Public links on youtube.com, youtu.be, and m.youtube.com all work. Age-gated videos, private videos, and members-only uploads can't be processed.
On Pro, you can upload a logo watermark and set a brand color that carries into caption accents and lower-thirds. Free clips export without branding.
Yes — seven-day money-back if you're not happy with the output. Reply to any billing email or write to support and we'll sort it out, no questionnaire.
Clips export as 1080x1920 MP4 files. Download and upload manually to TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts — auto-posting isn't something we do.
