Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying cliptide. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for a paid subscription.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with cliptide, you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of your first paid subscription charge. The guarantee applies once per customer and covers only the first paid month on any plan.

2. What Is Not Refundable

After the 7-day window, paid subscriptions are non-refundable. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods, unused clip credits, or cancellations mid-cycle. When you cancel a plan, you will keep access until the end of the current billing period and no further charges will be made.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@cliptide.app from the address associated with your cliptide account. Please include the date of purchase and your Paddle order or receipt ID. We will reply within two business days and, if eligible, process your refund promptly.

4. Processing and Payment Provider

Refunds are issued by Paddle.com Market Limited, the Merchant of Record for cliptide purchases. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

5. Abuse and Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive, including repeated refund requests from the same customer, chargeback attempts without prior contact, or violations of our Terms of Service.
